Martha has 15+ years of experience developing and facilitating global and local programs for 7,000+ participants over 70+ programs to build a more just, climate-resilient world.
She is passionate about deepening our connection to nature, community and developing self-leadership for a stronger future.
She is trained in leadership development, climate change and facilitation, with an academic background in anthropology and sociology. Notable trainings include Rockwood Leadership Insititue, Climate Wayfinding, and Women’s Impact Alliance.
